How does the Kuiu xl fit compared to Sitka xl? I hear Kuiu has a tighter fit but have never asked anyone who actually owns both.

They are close in sizing. Sitka offers athletic, normal and expedition fit. Their athletic is close to kuiu’s sizing. For reference, I’m 6’1” and 200lbs with an athletic build, broad shoulders and arms.... kind of like a Greek god. But seriously...
They both do fit good, just have never worn them. I have 6 other Sitka jackets and have had kuiu in the past, I think sitka’s Build quality is better.
