Like Mr. Larson said, do it in steps and it's pretty easy.

I ran them down from 30c to 6.5mm's for some initial ones in my 6.5-06 last year.

I ended up turning the necks as well, and I suspect that you'll need to do the same. I also annealed them once they were formed.

You may not need to turn the necks but if you do you will need it badly! Measure the diameter of a standard fired case and compare that to the diameter of a reformed case with a seated bullet. Your dummy cartridge neck should be at least a couple thou smaller than the fired case; if not you better turn them.
