Sizing effects on OCW....

Does OCW change between neck sized brass & full sized brass.....ex. if 45.3 is my ocw for my neck sized only 308, will that change or have much of an effect when i body size, everything else being equal?

I had to reread your title...I thought it said "sizing effects on OCD". I was going to agree whole-heartedly. . drives me crazy...

As to your question, I only full length size, but I don't see how it would have an effect vs. neck sizing only. Others around here are more knowledgeable about reloading than I tho.

Doubt it, neck tension is addressed either way by either die. The body sizing affects headspace and I don't see that changing things down range, just feeding.
