Got this recently, sadly I haven't shot it, I keep telling myself that I'll have time "next week". Ugh. If it shoots as good as it looks......

Mike at Skunkworks is beyond good-to-go. He will take care you you in the best way.
I'm not a lucky owner of his work yet but that's my fault!
Get him to build your short barrel with confidence.

Mike is a great guy and he has some amazing builds. I would highly recommend him. Give him a call or send him an email. I've yet to see anyone in this industry reply to questions/emails/phone calls as quickly as Mike. I really can't say enough about him and his work. Have you ever seen close ups ? I swear the guy makes and turns his own screws so they line up. Truly amazing.

Choose Skunkworks and don't look back... you won't be disappointed. Mike started my first custom build, a 300 Win Mag Infidel, a couple of weeks ago and I believe he is assembling/ painting it this week. We have exchanged numerous emails, enough to the point where it would bug a normal individual, but not Mike, he has always responded within a couple of hours and is always friendly and enthusiastic. Best customer service I have experienced bar none. His quality is top notch and I am stoked to receive the call saying it is ready. Good luck on your build.

Btw great looking stock/ rifle. What marble color scheme is that stock? is that a manners or mcmillan?

I have a left handed Infidel build in the plans at Skunk Works right now. I was in your shoes a couple of weeks ago looking for someone to build me a nice one. I did my research on this site and Google and came up with Skunk Works for various reasons. I called Mike and talked it over with him and then gave him some money. He is a personable guy and will take the time to talk it over with you for your build. I changed items on my build multiple times but he just rolled with it and updated the build sheet. I will be glad to get the rifle but I just put the deposit down three weeks ago...so, I wait. But, in my book, I would have no issues with working with him for another build.
