I'd like to get the slide on my M&P 2.0 milled for a Vortex Venom red dot sight. Anyone have any recommendation for smiths or advice on companies to avoid?

Gracias guys. Gun is fairly new. Only other handgun I've used is my Gen 4 Glock 17, owned since 2012. I like the trigger on the M&P 2.0 much better. Love the stippling on the grip. Was easy to switch mag release to other side. On the Glock, I like the U-shaped rear sight better than the 2 dots on the M&P. Glocks seem a bit lighter as well. I seem to shoot the M&P a little better. I'm crediting the trigger.
