sling question

Is anyone here running a biathlon sling? I was looking and figured it might be nicer hiking up and down the ridges during hunting season with the 12lbs of clothing on having the extra support. Wondering how much adjustment there is? It may go over my day pack.

I am also not planning on doing any skiing with the rifle either LOL.

We sell quite a few biathlon slings. they do a good job of distributing the weight, there's plenty of adjustment to go over clothes or kit.

Eric,

I am 5'9" 170. The TAB Biathlon has tons of room for me with bulky clothing. I have also used it over and under a day pack. The comfort level was dependent on the size of the pack and how much I had in it. The rifle I use the Biathlon Sling on is my AIAW 300wm.

I consider mine priceless, as I would likely still be on the mountain if I didn't have it. Going up a fairly steep mountain with your hands free was great and the way it distrubutes the weight makes it seem like you are hardly carrying nothing.
