They are ALWAYS worth sending in... they are lottery tickets and are just as capable of winning as any other. Send them puppies in... they are all worth it!!

I shot a WONDERFUL score on a rimfire target of "ZERO"!! And yes, I still sent it in... I ate my pride and killed it the next time around!! That is what keeps us coming back!!

I always hate this part, the waiting game. I felt I did much better overall this time, actually hit some smileys. Just need to work on my coldbore and 3 shot groups.

Competition was tough as usual, with many good scores. You gotta nail everything to be near the top and it took a score of 200 or better to get you in the top 6 in CENTERFIRE or top 5 in RIMFIRE this time!

Holy cow... my 16 year old BEAT ME!! I knew he had a good target, but sheeeeeez. I chalk it up to "good coaching"!! LOL!! Now if I can just get Jacob, my 11 year old to settle down a bit, he should be comin around too.

I also want to throw out a "job well done" to my wife Melissa. She has been really sick and gathered up all her strength and shot with us again, and done pretty darn well too!!

Gunner... Carter... Congrats to you both for another outstanding performance as always!! You guys are first class all the way!!

Well, I knew that I did not a grand showing this go-round. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

On a positive note, my wife (Wocus Lilly) scored 50 on her rimfire target with IRON SIGHTS and this is her first go at a competition like this. Mostly she hunts pocket gophers (squeaks) and grouse with her 22. PLUS, she scored a TAB Sling! How cool is that???

Next up, my spawn, Squeaker (no relation to those my wife shoots. <-- Point of clarification) scored pretty well on both centerfire and rimfire for never having shot "precision" before. Lots of competition, but mostly USPSA and Multi-gun. He also won a certificate for a Rock barrel 1/2 off! Should go AWESOME on the Rem 700 he just got last week for his birthday!!

My dad, Sixgun, scored PHENOMENAL in the rimfire division and picked up a certificate for an ACI!

Me, I just get to enjoy my whole family shooting. I think that is the greatest prize of all. Am looking forward to my spawn beating my shooting in the future.

Mine did just that this time around... the BRAT!! I got so tickled while spotting for him. He would send one, and immediately ask me if he did it the right way... EVERY SINGLE SHOT!! Geeez kiddo, you can see the target... what do YOU think??

The whole family shooting is an awesome thing to say the least. I am pretty sure my in-laws will be here again pretty soon, so I will be throwing them into the mix as well. Good times!!
