Does anyone have good plans, tips, pucs, etc of small and/or portable reloading set-ups? I would like to move into the spare room, but it can't be a permanent bench for when we have guests. Does anyone a have smaller set-up that can moved, broken down, etc when necessary?

You need something like this. IMHO a little bit expensive but is small and portable.

I found an old printer stand on wheels. It's roughly 2x2x2 with a door on it. I mounted a dillon 550 and a rock chucker on it.
I use it sitting in an office chair and when not needed it rolls into the closet.
Photo's doesn't show the cabinet get gives you an idea.

I'd buy a Black & Decker folding workmate before I ever ran a portable setup at home, set a chargemaster on a countertop to powder cases, or whatever scale system is used. I have that box I posted above, great at the range for finding seat depths, throw it on one of my benches, now it's eye level, just does not work.
