Small recoil pad for a Pre-64 Model 70?

I need a thin, rubber recoil pad for my Model 70. It is .243 so recoil mitigation isn't really the goal, just something a little softer than hard plastic on my collar bone would be nice.

I'm thinking something 1/2" or less, and attached rather than slip-on. Extra points for USA made.

Any suggestions?
