Maggie’s Smash or pass?

If that's Casey Anthony, then its a bareback smash for sure and no pulling out.

At worst you might have to pay child support for a year or two...
If you don’t find this comment funny ass hell, then you need to run home right now and go get in your chair in the corner and watch your wife fuck someone that does find it awesome!

only one merciful choice run it over again maybe it will turn out better the next time that or try a semi more weight and wheels youd have a greater chance of a good out come after 6 or 9 passes . good luck lol id fire your first attempt to make it look good can still see the marks from falling out of the ugly tree so a bat won't help you . I jest if that's your girl and she can put up with you she is a keeper now find the cooler to store her in it please .

I think no one would argue that a court trial has a much higher probability of impartiality than a book written after the fact.

Book authors all have motivations. One has to filter what one reads through that.
I don’t need a court or a book to form an opinion on a cunt that waited 21 days to call in/report her baby missing while in that time was partying like a rockstar ......That math equation in my world equals she’s a guilty pos cunt.

If I was on the jury and that came out we could stop the trial right then and there I wouldn’t need to hear anything more.....My vote would be for her to have a FTF with her maker and kid again.

A jury fucked up and the prosecutor did a shit job

I don't make it a habit of following criminal trials that don't involve me. I have better things to do with my life.

So I'll have to ask how do you know.

Casey Anthony Jury

Ten years ago, several jurors said that they battled their consciences as they voted to acquit Anthony of murder charges. The male juror told PEOPLE at the time that the enormity of the acquittal bothered them in the jury room.

"And then we sat there for a few minutes and were like, 'Holy crap, we are letting her go free,'" he told PEOPLE in 2011. "Everyone was just stunned at what we were about to do. [One of the women jurors] asked me, 'Are you okay with this?' and I said, 'Hell, no. But what else can we do? We promised to follow the law.'"

She was acquitted by a jury of her peers (if such a thing exists), but Satan has her room reserved.

Obviously, a jury that has never heard of "Jury Nullification...." It does work both ways..... It can be used to convict when things are not "beyond a reasonable doubt." I served on a Jury where the prosecutor was trying to get us to convict where the evidence just didn't support it.

We didn't.

I was on a jury once for a crazy case involving anal amateur porn where the defendant was clearly guilty by the law, but I tried to acquit him on the morality of it all. Eventually I failed. Crazy times.

Off topic but I believe a jury is actually above the law and can actually shape laws. They have the final say, if they collectively feel that a law is unjust then they have the ability to over ride said law and find somone innocent or guilty. Without consequence. Often times courts and judges try to influence the decision by telling them what they can and cant do, but they dont really need to listen.

If you had generally more conservative jurrors you would have generally more conservative outcomes and generally more conservative case law.

So basically jurors did not have enough evidence to convict based on statutory law, but she was a mean girl so off to prison for life.

The more I learn about jury trials the less I'm inclined to exercise my right to one if I ever needed it.

Yes 12 people who by law had to miss work or what ever to listen to a trial that they never volunteered to do in the first place. If the case is complicated what are the odds that these 12 people are the best and brightest in the gene pool.... highly unlikely.

Well, sort of.

If a jury does convict, but without solid evidence in the Judge's mind, the Judge does have the option to vacate the verdict. The jury can't get into trouble for rendering their verdict, either way. So, most of the time, the above is used to "acquit" (where the evidence clearly indicates guilt beyond a reasonable doubt - witness OJ Simpson), not so much to convict where there's a lack of evidence beyond a reasonable doubt (Casey Anthony).

The more I learn about jury trials the less I'm inclined to exercise my right to one if I ever needed it.

It's all about how good a jury you can get. That's when you need to get people like "Bull" to pick your jury.

Hardly a jury of my peers

With a jury its all about a good catch phase like “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit.”

A friend of mine who is a judge told me if you have the option of a jury trial or a judge only, pick the judge if you are innocent, and the jury if you are guilty. His words - "juries do some crazy shit, and mostly don't like sending people to prison".

I used to sit in with him occasionally, and what impressed me most was how good he was at picking up bullshit. He described his job as listening to lies all day long, and trying to work out what really happened from them.

Depending on the charges, believe it. You have a much better chance getting one impartial judge rather than 12 reasonably intelligent jurors. Now, if you had a sympathetic case, say someone raped and murdered your daughter and you extracted revenge, you want me on your jury.

If you do at most you might have to pay a couple of years of child support before nature takes its course with her as the mother.

What about the chick on the right?
