I am having major problems with my 22 ar. It is having problems ejecting spent cases. If I clean it, it will shoot about 20 rds, then clog up again- any ideas would be great

If it isn't the ammo it might need a DIY ejector adjustment. Have a look at this forum and you'll see links to videos on how to do that.

Definitely try some different ammo. Many 22's can be quite picky about what they like. Once you find that round, then stick with it.
May also need a slight tweeking.

My M&P 15-22 loves anything CCI. Also the Wal Mart Winchester red box bulk ran fine this weekend. I have heard of a few that had extraction issues and had to be sent back to S&W. The two I heard of that came back ran flawlessly after factory repair.

the remington goldenbullet is complete garbage.
Actually, come to think of it, *Any* remington 22lr ammunition sucks. I cannot think of one type they produce that isnt inconsistent or shitty...
Bulk winchester works (both the copper washed 555 packs, and the 333 superX lead)
Bulk federal runs amazing
Bulk CCI *anything* runs amazing.
If you're using decent ammo, then I'd strongly look at the extactor fix (youtube I beleive) and it should help toss brass further/quicker
(I had some stovepipe issues, before the fix)

I bet if you feed it Federal #745 - 36 grain hp - 1260 fps, or Federal 510B - 40 grain - 1240 fps,,, your problems are solved.
Remington Golden Bullets are the worst for shooting dirty. I didn't think it was possible but the RGB make the Remington ThunderBolts look like a clean ammo but they are filthy also.
Once my Remington bullet stock is gone - it's gone for good. I'll never buy anything again with the Remington brand name on it. Much of this reverts back to the 522 Viper they screwed the public with.
