Sidearms & Scatterguns Smith and Wesson model 915

Has anyone had on of these? Its a 9mm. It's in great shape just looking or some info on it I gave 275 for it. It looks great done broke it down pretty clean. Can you guys give me some feedback on this pistol. Thanks.

I have had one for about 20+ years. My first carry weapon. Igot my concealed carry permit at 18yo. My dad didn't think I could legally carry and wouldn't buy me the pistol at first. He told me to go and get the permit and if the PD didn't have a problem with me carring he didn't either and would buy me the pistol. The 915 is just a plain jane 5900 series pistol without all the bell and whistles. I have but many rounds thru mine and it still runs great. It just happens to be my best shooting handgun but mostly cause of the trigger time I have on it.

Can I do any upgrades to this pistol?

You should be able to update the sights, and put in ambi controls mag release and safty. Other than that I'm not sure what else could be done.

What would be a good set of sights to put on it for quick eye pick up.
