Gunsmithing Smith reccomendation for pinning a flash hider

Hey guys looking for someone who can pin and weld a flash hider to a barrel for my AR.
Can't find anyone here locally that is able to do this.. Don't mind sending it out but just would like to send it to someone who is comfortable doing it. Any reccomendations would be great..

I actually tried contacting adco on someone else's reccommendation too but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone via email or phone.... I suspect they're pretty busy with everything going on as of late..
