Gunsmithing Smith to Cut Wood LOP - Install Pad w/ Spacers

I need a wood stock cut to shorten LOP, have a new buttpad installed and spacers made to lengthen as needed. Any suggestions for a smith that works on things like this and has quick turnaround? Thanks.

I’d have thought a knuckle dragger like @MtnCreek would need about 4” Added to his stock... his sleeve length is longer than his inseam!
