Yep, ergonomically probably one of the nicest feeling pistols in hand.

Beautiful guns, well built, reliable, stout. The Navy Seal teams used to use a suppressed version they called a “hush puppy.” Got to handle one many, many years ago in a team armory (I’m sure that doesn’t happen anymore!).
Later on I carried the double stack 659 in a galco Miami rig when I used to ride. Damn gun was a brick, but you could beat your way out of a Sumo wrestler bar and the gun would still function!
