SMK 52 in 223 Remington Help Needed

Checking a new 12 twist rifle chamber shows zero [jump] at 2.244" oal with the 52gr SMK.
Sierra shows these to be loaded to 2.25' OAL.
The Dummy 'looks right' at 2.25", Picture perfect. It is in the lands already however. Not to my liking.
Should I find another bullet or seat these in .03 - .04 and give it a go? [hope not to be crunching powder. Varmint bullets hate that].

Seat them down so you have about .010 jump to the lands .

It is okay to deviate from the loading book if it suits your specific rifle better.

My sako 75 223.. using this bullet i could touch land 2.27 i seat my oal 2.15-2.20 for 1:12 twist varget 26.6 bug hole...

2.27, custom made for these.
I got what I got and thought to start about .030 off. Mabie these little bullets will not need as much jump as the 69's I have been running, awesome at .030"
