SH is NOT some stupid whining "Social Media" site where a bunch of idiot "customers" come to freak out and blackmail / bad mouth any company they want to try to get results, demanding that I'll slander you all over social media if you don't drop what you are doing right this moment and come stroke my ego and hold my hand, instead of being a decent person and working through customer service like adults, which includes often e-mailing, calling, following up, even writing a letter and working with the company to resolve the situation satisfactorily.
How about you be a grown up decent adult, and follow up, call during working hours and see how best to resolve your problem with your order and then if they actually are just taking your money and not sending you what you ordered and you can't get a reasonable, adult solution (not some Karen demands), then you come and post a warning here.
Try calling and talking to a human during business hours.
It's a forgotten skill these days it seems, but usually it can get prompt results.
I would bet you call and talk like a calm, mature adult, to a customer service representative on the phone during working hours, you get it resolved and have your $150 available as a credit towards whatever else you wanted to order.
