Did snipercompany.com lose their FFL and site? I've been told, that all has gone to s#*t. My friend ordered a scope from them and He's been waiting 3 months now. No one will return his messages or PMs.

I am starting to fill up one hand now off the sites that started because "I insulted them" or because they were banned, or better yet, because I am an asshole.

That same hand has all the same sites that started because of here, and are now gone. Shut Down.

None have reached the size of this place, yet all were quick to attack how I run things.

I'm receiving several emails regarding my post. Shaun B, has screwed a ton of guys from what I'm being told. One good thing about it, a lot of them live in Indiana and not far from him. Pay back is a bitch!

No longer have a store front and anyone having anything on conignment was urged toget their stuff back. Not much news but it will surface as legal measures are in the process. Turns out they were not as good to Vets and the WWP as was portrayed. They are selling stuff still but is on a meet me in the parking lot at Arby's type stuff. Not a good deal all around, hopefully your friend gets his money back.

Well I guess we should thank you for stimulating the economy :)

Saying that this Site "stimulates the economy" is the ultimate in understatement. I basically did last year in Afgh for free with all the money I spent on cool shit I never knew I needed until I saw it HERE.

In some of Ben Bernake's last remarks as Fed chairman, he stated that the "tapering" of QE was made possible by the year-end sales offered by Hide vendors. Those comments were later redacted, which is why you won't find them in any off the official transcripts.

If scope prices are any indication, we are all going to be asked to do more heavy lifting in 2014.

Companies folding and screwing folks is nothing new. There is a company that is talked about in rather high regard on here occasionally that absolutely put a screwing on my best friend. As a matter of fact, they are still building rifles with machine shop equipment that they never paid him for, as well as failed to list him as a creditor in their bankruptcy. They are still going strong under the same business name, and most have no idea that they bankrupted. He took a $100,000 bath on these folks with zero recourse available. Do they build good stuff, yep. Can I support someone that I know has broken it off like they did, nope. Bad thing is that they are reasonably close to me and do nice work. Bottom line, be careful who you deal with.

If the facts regarding your buddy are anything close to what you stated, it would be in his best interest to contact an attorney with half a clue aboit bankruptcy...particularly in light of his apparent status as a secured creditor in a reorganization.

Been that route. Also been the FBI route due to the size of the claim. The company went and borrowed money against the equipment and listed the bank as the creditor. They also misappropriated a large portion of a purchase payment from him. The FBI met with him and said that basically the US Attorney's Office just wouldn't mess with these kinds of cases. The only remaining option is going to the IRS to try and take the bankruptcy fraud route. This was a pretty well orchestrated screwing. Sadly, most of the proceedings were over before my friend found out about it. He went to one of the court hearings and was pretty much told "too bad". Now, he has been told that he can only contact the business through their attorney. It is just a really bad situation. Unfortunately, once a bankruptcy is finalized you are pretty well stuck.
