Rifle Scopes Sniper's Hide Scope Adjustment Test Target

I was wanting to try some box testing, and I saw a picture on 6mmbr.com of this target. It looks well laid out, and I'd like to try using it.

I have the Dot Drill and the Group targets from the Hide, and they are great...I just haven't seen this one. I checked the search function here as well as the Google, but nothing.
Can anyone help?

If you're printing on 8.5x11, they are pretty easy to make in programs like PowerPoint. You could also just put 5 target dots (e.g., shoot-n-see) on a target using 1.047" spacing per MOA or 3.6" per mil at 100 yards.

Tear off the side tab, give it to a partner, and it was fun enough to integrate a ranging exercise where shooter estimates correction with partner confirming actual.

Horus vision has a CATS target that is well laid out.
