I've got nothing on this box and it's clean, but this is an 'application run' request pop-up with Sniper's Hide - For the Serious Tactical Marksman on the small window. It's got two check boxes, one saying that 'I allow the application to run' and another that states 'don't show me this again', which ends up not working at all.
I mostly hang out on the Reloading forum and that's what I have bookmarked.
I can finally X out of it after four/five clicks, but if I hit the cancel button twice, it's usually gone. It doesn't pop up every visit, but if the tab is closed, or inactive, and then I return, it will appear.
Am I missing something?
