Maggie’s So fucking proud of my son today.

The boys were playing with their toy guns today, and I saw the youngest (5) "slicing the pie" while approaching his brother's (8) room. I never taught him that, maybe he saw me do it in a nerf fight. Either way, the little bastard is a natural.

Ok, that's it. Beer anyone?
I'll raise one to you and your boy when I finish dry fire . Like my boss said of my eleven year olds shooting prowess . It's DNA . Keep up the good work .

Thanks!

My oldest is, like me, the ADD/ADHD type who would run into a room guns blazing and swearing at the top of his lungs. He also, like me, has "the luck of the Irish". Like in "how on earth did you not get hurt doing that?" Or in my case, it's fueled by Irish whiskey.

My youngest, on the other hand, has my physique (built for strenght, not for speed) and the patience and intellect of his mother. Since his target had nowhere to run, he cautiously snuck up on him to smoke his ass.

We had a nerf fight a couple of weeks ago where I was at the bottom of the stairs and they held the choking point on the high ground. I shot the oldest a couple of times because he kept presenting himself, eager to get a shot at me. The youngest just waited for an opportunity, holding onto his ammo. I had no chance to get upstairs.(y)

Jesus. The wife got the kids the M240B version of the nerf guns, when the boys were younger. I still find nerf darts in the bushes every once in a while. Even my adult neighbors abmushed the youngest on his birthday. Pretty fun crew around here.
