Suppressors So i just called silencerco about the 7.62 saker

I would also like to take this time to say that after calling Gemtech last night about some question I had about using My quicksand on a 10.0" SBR it felt like i was being rushed off the phone and it was direct answers only not very friendly. Soooo After calling sliencer co. and talking to that dude I just ordered my 7.62 saker. In fact i was so happy that I called BACK to let them know it was the way they talked to me that I bought a saker and not the Gemtech G5-T.

Customer service goes a long ways! My most recent dealings with Thunderbeast and Liberty Optics leave me feeling the same way.

After getting my Sandstorm, I had a couple of questions but could never get Gemtech to pick up the phone. I left voicemails to give me call back but they never did call back. They did send me a short email a few days after I sent them one. I like the suppressor but the customer service is not good as AAC and Silencerco.

My experiences with AAC and Silencerco customer service have been stellar. Issues with cans were resolved the same week. GemTech seemed to be irritated that I called them with a dealer inquiry, so I didn't even consider ordering their stuff. Thunderbeast is bar none the best, though. Emailed about dealer info, had an email back within a few minutes. Also, got a call from them to make sure I got the info and didn't have any questions (those guys know their shit, too).
