The students drew plenty of support on social media.

"These politicians remind me of ambulance chasers," posted a Utah woman. "Ready to pounce on the next big shooting with their gun control agenda."

A Colorado woman posted: "Love this so much! I’m so proud of these students! After some rough political months here in Colorado this was a welcomed sight & hope for our future!"

This is a major sign that the people are starting to wake up. Plus the fact that the most recent rash of shootings had all been stopped by the students themselves taking action and rushing the shooters.

Kudos to these students for telling the Brady Bunch to GTFO and choke on a dick at today's event.

I hope that the next assclown who tries to open fire in any public gun-free zone gets put in a chokehold from behind and crushed to death without any harm done to the person doing the choking. Or stabbing. Or bashing. Enough is fucking enough. It is time we as a whole country grows balls of lead and learn that incidents like these can only be dealt with using extreme and overwhelming violence. Gun or no gun.

Bear with me, whilst I sway this thread, just a BIT. Instead of rewarding a person or persons with a medal, or recognition, or whatever the latest is for STOPPING a mass-casualty event. (I don't care if it's a shooting/stabbing/poisoning/driving-overing or whatever spree) what would it take for THE PEOPLE to get together and coordinate a Mortgage Free Home?

I mean seriously, everyone needs a place to live, and how's that for an incentive to 'be better'? The only thing would be for stipulations to be made so that there was no abuse of the premise. But, heroism should be rewarded. And yes, I've not forgotten our Veterans or our LEO's who've stepped up too.

Remember, this was a START of a tangential sway.

I tweeted this to Senator Bennet this morning. We have tweeted back and forth about the Camp Hale proposal because of my Uncle Blondie WWII KIA Italy10th Mountain. Purportedly he was one of the morons politicizing the vigil.
