Maggie’s So tomorrow, check out The American Rifleman online...

It is still highly-classified... Until tomorrow. Took a long time to get the clearance to make it public.

Could have signaled the end of life on Earth, in fact. IIRC, the origins of the weapons system were in the late '50s/early '60s and came out of some 'labs' in Burbank, Ca. Not sure if Teller had a role, but he worked in a lot of places. Location of the weapon development was not far from Hughes Aircraft, BTW. And if not controlled properly, could have caused unreal carnage. Like Hermann Kahn-level world-ending destruction.

Tomorrow morning, I am told, the article will be released with all proper clearances. I had a small part in it. But it really was researched and FOIA'd by Jim.

Cheers,

Sirhr
