I had a young dipshit in one of my rentals that needed to go, (damage,weed use-sales) I had enough, went over at 5 pm, knocked on the door, told him to grab his shit cause he is outta there....he said "you cant do that" I told the punk I just did, now get your shit out while I wait...told him sue me, if ya want, I have more money to fight you than you do me...this is how to deal with these pos tenants

You speak like you've done this before? How many rental properties do you own? How many times have you had to evict someone from one of your properties? It doesn't work like that in my world. Keep watching TV.
Litigating is just one small issue. They can actually press charges and you would find yourself being in jail. It all goes for the tenant in my neck of the woods.
