Great question, I'm assuming yes because on their site there isn't a specific drop down menu to select ultra short. Please check to make sure... and lmk. It's still available. It was on my PMII 5-25 H59

Unfortunately, if it fit your scope it likely will not fit the US as the rings are different as far as I have been able to tell.

Switchview model #1930SV2 will fit your 5-20 ultrashort. its not made for it, but it works and i use that lever on both of mine
