I believe it is Gen 1 as Gen 2 has forward legs. I believe you can send it to B&T to get the Gen 2 upgrades.

Thanks for catching the question, I somehow missed it. Yes you can send it in for upgrade, it's free. Also this just got sold...I do have another almost new Gen 2 QD for sale if interested. $290 shipped.
