Hawkins heavy tactical rings. 1.15" height. 36mm tube size. Pic rail section is 3.5" and rail is ~4.5" overal.
Used for about 1 season of shooting. No rust, dings, or marks that I can find.
The nut on the non-railed ring spins a bit tight. I can thread it on and off with my fingers though, so I never sent it in to Hawkins. Never caused issues for me in use.
