I purchased this 16 inch 223 stainless Ruger scout to build a youth starter prs rifle as a step up from 22... unfortunately my son does not share this passion with Dad! It is a fine rifle new, unfired and only handled for routine barrel oiling/storage. It comes with a 10 round magazine, XS scout rail installed with ghost ring sight, original rail and sight in the box and Ruger stainless rings... not needed with XS pic rail.
