I have a like new MK5HD 5-25X56 mil with the CCH reticle non-illuminated that I would like to trade for a similar magnification and similar quality FFP mil-mil scope with a closed center reticle preferably a non-tree style reticle. I suppose this is basically a Vortex Razor Gen2 with the EBR-1C reticle.
I am the original owner of the MK5, it has only ever been mounted in ARC M10 rings and has only been on my Vudoo (22lr). The scope is in excellent condition and comes with everything that shipped from Leupold including the box. I can include the rings if you want, or not. I can send you whatever pictures you want of the scope, but the glass is perfect, the turrets line up, it tracks perfect. IMO these scopes provide top shelf optics, I tested them against my PMII’s and ATACR’s. To my eyes these MK5’s provide a sharper resolution with a brighter and cleaner image than the Bender or NF, and are absolutely better in low light. Since I have bought my first MK5 I have sold all my other scopes. I have an illuminated TMR on my TRG with no plans on changing that, it is perfect for that style of shooting, but I had rather have a closed center non tree reticle for my rimfire. That is the only reason I am looking to trade this scope.
Let me know what you have, I am open to about anything that has the style of reticle I want in the higher magnification range and is FFP MIL-MIL.
