Correct, it is a Harris bipod. The model should be HBRM-S, the 6-9” version. The LMT part is the QD lever mount.

He was asking was if the bipod itself was made by Harris. The answer is yes, and the model I provided is accurate. LMT sources these from Harris, but the entire QD lever mount is their own design (which is pretty slick, IMO), machined in-house (obviously) and has their logo on it. They do this with other accessories also, like the LMT-stamped Ergo grips.
