It is the black box version, and if you are concerned about the second rev, you need to get real. If you are so inclined, you can send it to Minox and they will hook you up. I never had a problem with it and would never dial that high unless I was on an Apollo msn.
Ideally I want to trade toward a Tangent Theta Gen 2XR.
