Sold my house!

Man, sold my house and got to be out by Thursday!
Packing / Moving SUCKS!
Not to mention, we have not found a house to buy.
Oh well, guess I should be happy that my Grandmother has room for us.

2.5 here. A flurry of interest right before the home buying credits program ends on 4/30 but nothing has panned out yet.

Mine had been on and off the market for 1.5 years. We are excited, but stressed the same.
Looking for somewhere to rent or buy and packing/moving all at once.
Moving SUCKS!
