The freebore is long.
It is designed around shooting the heavies. 75-90 gr. To where your limit is going to be most aics pattern 223 mags.

No idea of the number- you could contact John with keystone for his reamer print.

Its stated in the OP. Green Mountain. I have a bunch of these and all of mine are shooting tiny groups. 223 wylde is a standard reamer you can get the print anywhere online. I shoot 75 ELD'S AND 80 ELD's at 2.50 which puts me .01 off the lands with 223 Wylde reamer. Plenty of mag room
