Highly recommend the 375CT.

Or get the 50 with the 375CT conversion. It’s fun shooting specialty 50 cal rounds and blowing shit up lol

As CBM alluded to, the gun could be had in any of DT's stock DTI chamberings. I chose the 50 BMG to go with the reloading stuff I've collected. With the DTI's easy barrel swaps, I figure next year I can add a custom 36" in 416 Barrett or 375 Cheytac.
