I'd LOVE to keep this, as it's the perfect S&B for a small framed AR, but things change. Funds are needed elsewhere, so I have to step down a bit and as such this is for sale. Fresh back from Schmidt und Bender as of 20min ago, all issues appear to be resolved (glass is crystal clear with no grease spots, magnification ring turns smoothly, parallax ring turns smoothly and a visible change in target focus can be observed through the optic). If you look closely, you'll see a tiny bit of wear on the elevation turret just to the left of zero, and in the photo of the bottom of the scope, you'll see the faintest of ring marks (couldn't really get it to show up) with a tiny finish scratch, and the windage turret knurling has some wear from brass ejection on the bottom (again, hard to see). Overall, I'd rate this a 9.5/10, and with it having just come back from S&B, it's essentially a new optic aside from external cosmetic wear!
Aside from the scope, you'll also get the original box, manual (serial number matched to the scope!), papers, and a minty fresh cleaning kit that came back with it. So, to break it down Barney-style:
-Schmidt und Bender 4-16x42 PMII (made in 2013, S&B warranty is transferable and covers defects for 20 years, so you have 14 years left!)
-P4FL reticle
-CW ST (clockwise, single-turn) turrets
-0.1mrad adjustments
-Box
-Manual
-Papers
-Cleaning kit (brand new!)
For the pleasure of owning one of the best little Schmidts around, I'm looking to get $2400 shipped and insured in the lower 48, or best offer (hit me up, worst I can say is no!).
