Action is a tikka T3 stainless action. Mag bolt face, fluted bolt. This is the smoothest Tikka I have felt but I am building a new ARC CDG rifle and need to make some space.

Lumley titanium bolt handle. Ball knob, but I think I still have the carbon fiber one as well.
Metal Bolt shroud

I called this morning about it. Not sure of the details but I think the inventory is being re-inspected. They mentioned they could have an update in a few weeks, depending. But I'll have to follow up with them then.
