I'm not using this rifle much as it has hunted deer more than shoot matches. If it doesn't sell, no big deal.
It started off as a T3 lite in .308, was sent to Shawn at Hawk Hill. Build is as follows;
T3 action with Hawk Hill heavy sporter profile 18" 6.5 Creedmoor barrel, 1/8 twist, threaded 5/8-24
Mountain Tactical 20moa rail
CDI bottom metal
All metal was Cerakoted by Shawn in OD green(less mag)
Manners T4 stock, elite tactical fill with GAP camo finish, limbsaver recoil pad, 2 flush cups on left side, two studs up front
Once Shawn was done with the bbl action, it was all sent back to Tom to bed the recoil lug, rear tang and install pillars.
The barrel was broke in per Shawn's instructions and has a total of 133 rounds, all factory loads. The last chrono data I have is with the 140gr Amax and it had 35 rounds through it at the time, with a 30P-1 it was 2526fps. I'm now shooting the 140gr ELD-M but haven't had a chance to chrono again.
What little I have shot on paper, 3/4 moa 5 shot groups are no problem. No doubt the rifle is accurate and could get better with reloads.
There is well over $2k in this rig and I don't know how you could get any better other than a custom action. $2000 shipped to your FFL, will include one 5rd mag. No glass, rings, bipod or can included. NO trades.
Barreled action would be $1400 and stock $800, buyer pays shipping on either. Action has to go first..910 six one zero 3 zero 6 nine.
