I have a used, but well maintained Chargemaster Combo. Will come with LRI 'Velocity Stack' insert installed. These really help reduce over-throws.
Buy with confidence, I checked a few charges thrown with this vs. FX120 and the largest variance was 0.04 grains. I use a 39 gr. Sierra bullet as a test weight.. it registers 39.0 on the Chargemaster and 39.02 on my FX120.
