It’s 50% off MSRP on any thing vortex has. The save up to $800 is showing the razor with the T3 is $2499 at Midway and with the cert it s $1699 with Vortex saving you $800.

The math you quote is correct, but the msrp for the Razor II on the Vortex website is $3,399. Making 50% $1,699.50, which is what the certificate says the price would be, but not a savings of $800. Something is not adding up correct, What am I missing?

If you bought that Razor at Midway or Eurooptic it will cost you $2499. If you get it from vortex with the 50% off certificate it will be $1699 saving you $800 over buying it at a retailer. It’s a $1699 savings off MSRP listed on Vortexes website.

Vortex got back to me, and explained it. They are basing the savings on "what others stores charge retail" for their scope. It has nothing to do with the MSRP. That is why it is confusing. Not sure why they would even put that on the certificate. It's 50% off MSRP period.
