Is it missing the pad on the cheek rest? Also, does it have a thumb wheel for the cheek piece and butt? Looks like a mix of a hybrid and competition chassis, or it could be my crappy phone with the smashed up screen

It has a new pad on check rest , picture was taken before new pad was installed.

I have all the Adjustment parts in a bag that will be included.
