I built this up a year or two ago, but just got an AI and need to make room. Ruger American in an MDT ESS chassis with a Timney trigger, larger bolt handle, and a pair of 24" barrels from Patriot Valley Arms. I replaced the original weaver rail with a 20 MOA picatinny rail from Leupold. Barrels are Rock Creek sourced with .237" bore, Heavy Palma contour, 1-7" twist, muzzle threaded 5/8-24, button rifled and hand lapped.
It was always a sub-MOA gun for me, shooting factory Hornady Black or Hornady Match. 420 rounds down first barrel, second barrel still new.
