Very nice tripod for someone that needs to hold binos. This is not a tripod for supporting a rifle.

Tripod - 44lbs max load, 20kg. Haven’t shot off mine yet but I could let you know Friday after my range trip. B&H states that ball head will only hold 11 lbs though.

Thanks for the info. Ballheads definitely the weak link. Perfect for binos though!

Its not the best, but works... I took a blacktail at 575 off of it. Had an Amazon head on it too. I would use it as a backup for sure.

I have upgraded to an Anvil 30 and Feisol.

I don’t know about the ballhead, but I use the same tripod as a chair on a regular basis. Mine has the RRS leveling base that I don’t bother to take off. Throw a game changer on top and it’s a decently comfortable stool. Leveling base is rated to 25lbs but I weigh 200.
