Vortex razor HD Gen II 4.5-27x56 in mil-mil with and EBR-1C reticle It has all the original boxes and paperwork minus the razor tool. It has some signs of wear as shown in pictures. The objective lens has some scuffs but they cannot be felt. It does not effect the sight picture at all.

No thanks. I assume every ounce of risk in that transaction. I'm not saying you're not a trust worthy person but that is more risk than I am willing to take on. So should you decide that the optic clarity is degraded at all (note: it is not), with the Vortex warranty you could have a "hunting accident", damage the scope further, and it would be replaced/repaired by vortex at no cost. I have not taken that path myself because I had not reason to since the clarity has not been affected at all.
