Is the barrel a ballistic advantage? Or is someone else making them now?

The barrel was bought straight from TriArc. I am not in the know of who produces their barrels or if they make their own. I assume they spec them out from a larger barrel manufacturer, but I am not sure who. I have experience with a good amount of their AR’s and all shot great.
