some tikka pricing help please

does anyone have an idea of the value of a tikka 595 match rifle in 308? seems unfired. and,any one know the twist rate on the 595 in 308? i know the t3 based match guns go $12-1400 and the twist rate on all t3s is 1/11. thanks.
