From reading their website, what it looks like is that it is a software subscription service that runs on either iOS or Android devices.
I'm assuming then that it also uses standard data wireless signals just as normal mobile devices do.

So it would be expected that it would be sending and receiving RF signals as part of the normal operation.

While a great idea to help the average person not snoop on your phone calls and prevent industrial espionage and other such stuff, I see it only being moderately useful if "The Man" wants in on it badly enough.

Correct however there are many, many ways of shutting out the man, w/a common phone/computer an open talk.

Voice can be read off glass, w/a microwave. I know a group that caged a room thinking they were home free with the cage an a 1930's fan running. The look on their faces when they read the transcription was priceless, they swore it was via lip reading, until it was proved it was via microwave. Seems Uncle had to learn this lesson the hard way as well. The Russians ain't as dumb as most think they are,...
