This may be old news , so disregard if you know or tried it. Two months ago after prepping some new brass, I stuck it in the sonic cleaner and ran it for about 1/2 hour. When i removed the brass I noticed the solution was not that dirty , so being cheap i drained it into a clean gallon water jug. Next day when i went to clean more brass I found the old solution looked cleaner. When I poured it into my sonic cleaner I found that all the crap had settled to the bottom of the jug. I poured out just the clean stuff into the cleaner , topped it off with a little new stuff and rinsed out the jug. I have done this 11 times and there is no difference in way the brass comes out !! the way I figure it I can get about 400 hundred cleans instead of 40 out of a 1/2 gallon of the Hornady cleaner !!!!
