The Sniper Scabbard is being produced, and is currently in a bid for a military contract. As soon as that is submitted, I will make it available for the public.

I will verify tomorrow on the status. I don't like the idea of getting my design ripped off, so once the military contracts are not an issue, then it will be shown.
I should get an answer tomorrow.
