Are you stuck on a Bart? I can put you onto someone who had Muller Works 4 Groove cutrifled barrels. They are hammers!!!!!
Bullets.com has bunches of Bartlein in stock. I've not purchased a barrel from them, but have perused their inventory before.

They do button and cut. Dan Muller knows a thing or two about both. Both that he makes are always top notch. I just received a 6.5 4 groove and it's exceptionally nice. Very true and bore looks amazing. They are nice or nicer then any Krieger I've looked through. If you want that contact, PM me.
To the OP, if you just want a a Bart and need one now you can go to Grizzly, but after shipping you will be paying almost $400 for a non-fluted blank. If that's worth it to you then by all means, but that's just a lot to swallow for a blank.
You can't go wrong either way, Frank Green and his outfit are top notch and he's a hell of guy. You just have to decide if it's worth it to you if you buy from Grizzly.
Yes, they are expecting a shipment next month.
I ordered from red hawk. They were only $5 more than bugholes and had free shipping. Already got a shipping notice so I should have it in a few days.
